Talent & Development Manager

They will ensure accountabilities and clear success metrics are in place so that our people know how their performance is tracking as well as where there is room for stretch.


REQUIREMENTS

Ability to design, develop and support organisation wide talent management and performance programmes.

Experience in developing innovative solutions which generate improvements to procedures and create value.

Proven ability to deliver talent identification, development and acquisition programmes that provide the essential talent pipeline required by the business.

A creative thinker able to devise future focussed, on brand solutions to recruit and drive brand engagement.

A passionate communicator who confidently presents messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner.

Ability to influence multi-discipline teams, providing coaching, motivation and development support.

Understanding of HR legal requirements, legislation updates and their implications.
