PA to the Creative Director / Office Coordinator
We are looking for a go-getter Personal Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our Creative Director to drive the business forward. The successful applicant will be an extension of the Creative Director looking after personal and business requirements. They will be responsible for supporting the wider team through the management of day to day office activities, as well as ensuring the Naveya & Sloane environments are consistently presented beautifully and on brand.
Your attention to detail, dedication and discipline to get the job done on time and exceed expectations is of a world class standard.
You destress and organise the team around you so they can utilise their time for maximum brand and business impact.
Your solutions and practical thinking are always aligned to brand values and identity.
You will own time absorbing tasks and get them done. Integrity is paramount.
You will have worked in a PA or similar role previously, have experience with MS Office and calendar management as well as strong communication skills.
